Equipment

  • 1 Flat top (or skillet) like Blackstone
  • 1 Metal spatula
  • 1 Metal tongs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp butter or cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 spud potato cut into small 1/4" pieces
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 12 links sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 slices cheese or grated
  • 6 tbsp fresh salsa

Instructions
 

  • Cook potatoes with salt, pepper, butter or oil until browned and soft.
  • Place potatoes on a plate or paper towel.
  • Cook bacon and sausage in a skillet, then remove and set aside.
  • Crack 6 eggs in the pan. When nearly firm, add cheese and cover to melt.
  • Heat the tortilla until hot and soft.
  • Build your burrito with preferred ingredients and salsa, then enjoy!
