A delicious burrito made with eggs, melted cheese, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and fresh salsa, all wrapped in a flour tortilla. Easy to make, this hearty breakfast will give you plenty of protein for all your fun activities out on the trails!

- 2 tsp butter or cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
- 1 spud potato cut into small 1/4" pieces
- 6 strips bacon
- 12 links sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 3 slices cheese or grated
- 6 tbsp fresh salsa
Cook potatoes with salt, pepper, butter or oil until browned and soft.
Place potatoes on a plate or paper towel.
Cook bacon and sausage in a skillet, then remove and set aside.
Crack 6 eggs in the pan. When nearly firm, add cheese and cover to melt.
Heat the tortilla until hot and soft.
Build your burrito with preferred ingredients and salsa, then enjoy!
