Equipment
- 1 Pyrex dish or cookie sheet
- 1 Medium sized bowl
- 1 Cutting board
- 1 knife
- 1 Spoon
- 1 Tongs
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 lemon sliced in quarters
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped fine for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and place them in a Pyrex dish or bowl.

- Drizzle olive oil, then add cayenne, salt, pepper, and paprika, mixing with clean hands or a spoon.

- Transfer to a baking sheet or Pyrex dish, spacing evenly, and bake for 40 minutes until golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
- Remove from oven, plate, and garnish with sliced lemon and parsley.
- Serve with a dipping sauce like ranch, aioli, chipotle, or blue cheese, or enjoy these bites as-is.

NOTE:
Not vegan, but a tasty addition is some freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
