Best Easy Marinaded Chicken Breasts Camping-Style
This recipe makes super juicy, flavorful chicken breasts. I like to make the marinade the night before a camping trip. The chicken can marinate for hours or a couple of days. I also enjoy foil-wrapped corn on the cob and a little red potato salad (recipes on this website). The potato salad will last up to five days if kept cold in Tupperware.

Equipment
- 1 Large ziplock bag
- 1 Metal tongs
- 1 Lemon Squeezer
- 1 measuring spoons

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar if desired
Instructions
- Remove the breasts from the ziplock bag and place on the grill, not too close but flames licking. Save some juice to drizzle as it's cooking to keep moist.
- Turn in 5 to 10 minutes when one side looks done. Chicken needs to reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- *If you are also cooking foil-wrapped corn, it will finish at the same time as the chicken. Serve hot and enjoy!
