Best Easy Marinated Chicken Breasts Camping-Style
This recipe makes super juicy, flavorful chicken breasts. I like to make the marinade the night before a camping trip. The chicken can marinate for hours or a couple of days. I also enjoy foil-wrapped corn on the cob and a little red potato salad (recipes on this website). The potato salad will last up to five days if kept cold in Tupperware.

1 Large ziplock bag
1 Metal tongs
1 Lemon Squeezer
1 measuring spoons
- 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lime lime juice
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar if desired
Remove the breasts from the ziplock bag and place on the grill, not too close but flames licking. Save some juice to drizzle as it's cooking to keep moist.
Turn in 5 to 10 minutes when one side looks done. Chicken needs to reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
*If you are also cooking foil-wrapped corn, it will finish at the same time as the chicken. Serve hot and enjoy!
