Easy Awesome Breakfast Burrito Camping-Style
A delicious burrito made with eggs, melted cheese, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and fresh salsa, all wrapped in a flour tortilla. Easy to make, this hearty breakfast will give you plenty of protein for all your fun activities out on the trails!
Equipment
- 1 Flat top (or skillet) like Blackstone
- 1 Metal spatula
- 1 Metal tongs
Ingredients
- 2 tsp butter or cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
- 1 spud potato cut into small 1/4" pieces
- 6 strips bacon
- 12 links sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 3 slices cheese or grated
- 6 tbsp fresh salsa
Instructions
- First, cook the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste with light butter or cooking oil in the pan until browned and soft.
- Set potatoes aside on plate or paper towel.
- Cook the bacon and sausage on the pan or skillet, remove, and set aside.
- Crack 6 eggs on the pan. When almost firm, add cheese cover to melt.
- Heat the tortilla until it becomes very hot and soft.
- Build your burrito with the ingredients and salsa to taste and enjoy!
