Equipment
- 1 Cutting board
- 1 Sharp knife
- 2 Cereal bowls
- 2 Spoons
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh cut berries: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
- 1 cup Organic vanilla yogurt I like Whole Foods brand
- 1 cup Chunky flaxseed with almonds and raisins I like Whole Foods brand
Instructions
- It's easy: scoop out the yogurt, top with flaxseed granola, then fresh berries. Enjoy with a piping hot cup of coffee for a healthy way to start your day!
- If you use honey to sweeten plain yogurt, you can add some local organic honey. It is also delicious with bananas instead of granola.
