Great Foil-Wrapped Corn on the Cob Camping-Style
Succulent and tender corn on the cob with a butter cilantro dressing cooked in foil on the grill. Easy as can be and so delicious! For a touch of heat, add a dash of paprika. The perfect simple side for any camping dinner.

- 2 ears corn on the cob
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped fine
- 1/4 tsp salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika to taste, if desired
Mix the butter and freshly chopped cilantro in a small bowl.
Spread the cilantro-butter mixture over the corn cobs and sprinkle with a touch of S&P and paprika, if desired.
Place each piece of corn on aluminum foil and wrap tightly.
Place the corn on a grill above the flames and cook for approximately 25 minutes.
