Epic and Amazing Turkey, Avocado, Bacon, Cheese Sandwich

GillyCanCook.com
This delicious, hearty sandwich is made with sprouted whole-grain bread or sourdough, baked turkey, crispy bacon, Swiss or Jack cheese, creamy avocado, fresh lettuce, red onion, red tomato, zesty Dijon mustard, and organic mayo. It's an excellent choice that's packed with protein and fiber, making it a nutritious and satisfying meal.
I grew up in La Jolla, California. There was a liquor store by the beach called Dick's Liquor. The deli sold a sandwich similar to this one called the Turkey Supreme – it was a must-have if you wanted to spend the whole day at the beach without leaving, and I did because in the summer, tanning was my religion. I dedicated myself to getting a good tan, so I ate them often.
